Service

• On completion of a consultative contract we offer support for specific questions. Conferences and re-calculations are included.
• The price for specific technical advice is 96,- EUR/h. Invoicing is done by every 5 minutes.
• You will receive a detailed listing monthly.

Termination

The service contract is valid for one year (12 months from conclusion of the agreement) and prolongs automatically one year , if not terminated with 3 months notice on either side..

Costs and refund

Costs are set as follows but can always be adjusted.

Prepaid money can be used for other projects at the end of the year and is not refunded in cash.

Payment

Invoicing is done for 12 months, independent of the calendar year.
The whole amount for this period of time can be paid in advance or without separate invoice once a month / every three months also in advance.
