TST module

Fundamentals:

The AD 2000 Merkblaetter cover technical safety conditions for manufacturing and operation of pressure vessels. Chapter B9, a part of this regulation set, calculates openings in cylinders, cones and spheres under internal pressure.

Program features:

The TST module calculates cylinders with rectangular branches or gussets, respectively, under internal pressure, according to AD-Merkblatt B9 and DIN 2413. With the help of an attached material data base, design values are compared with the allowable values. This ensures a correct design of the desired component.
