Calculation design TGL 32903/29 of the previous German Democratic Republic

Program features:

The BV29 program calculates head chambers in splitted and integral construction with flat gaskets for air-cooled heat exchangers. The chambers work under internal pressure.

Calculation options:

Bolt loads for test, assembly and operating conditions
Required tube sheet thickness
Required wall thickness of cover
Load capacity analysis of the tube fastening in the tube sheet
Determination of the elasticity coefficient for flanged joints between cover and tube sheet according to ST RGW 3649-82

Chamber types:

Splitted rectangular chambers with welded, casted or pressed cover
Splitted and integral chambers with welded half cylindrical cover
Welded and pressed-welded chambers with or without partition walls
