Fundamentals

This package comprises geometrical data of all flanges and according parts mentioned in the EN 1092-1 starting from flange rating PN 6 on.

The flange calculation is based on the DIN EN 13445-3 chapter 11 and is based on the Taylor-Forge method.

Program features

The DIN EN 13445-3, chapter 11 allows a calculation of several different types of flanges. Almost all types are included:

Calculation under internal or external pressure
Flanges with narrow-face or full-face gasket
Flanges with o-ring gasket
Internal flanges
Parted loose-type flanges
Seal-welding flanges

The package includes: geometrical data of flanges and gaskets and gasket characteristics. After having selected flange rating and nominal diameter the modules provide the geometrical data of the flanges and the according parts including geometrical data of the sealing face. This makes it very easy to enter data.

The geometrical data base (EFLA module, flanges according to EN 1092-1)includes:
