Calculation of longitudinal stresses in shell and tubes of heat exchangers with fixed tube sheets

Program features:

With the module TEM longitudinal stresses in shells and tubes of heat exchangers with fixed tube sheets can be calculated according to TEMA -RCB-7.2.

According to the subsections in chapter RCB-7.2, the following stresses and forces can be calculated for operating as well as testing conditions.

1. Longitudinal stresses according to RCB-7.22
2. Longitudinal stresses according to RCB-7.23
3. Allowable compressive stresses in the outer tubes according to RCB-7.24
4. Loading of the connection between outer tubes and tube sheet according to RCB-7.25

Since the module TEM uses calculated results from the program TEB (tube sheets according to TEMA), there is the possibility to connect both programs, in order to provide a user friendly service.
