HPR module
Pipeworks must be designed that way that they support the stress caused by internal pressure and temperature variations. Moreover, the stresses and deformations due to dead load and additional loads must be limited.
The module HPR determines the allowable support lengths of pipeworks with additional loads. The pipes can be calculated in empty condition, filled with medium and with additional thermal insulation. The module allows the design of straight pipes, bends, branches, and reductions. Additionally, the strength condition for loading by internal pressure is calculated.
The control of the elasticity for temperature deformation is performed according to appendix 3 of the Merkblatt HP 100 R.
