TR28 module
For the calculation of the support strength of welded ring supports according to DIN 28084-1 it is distinguished among:
The ring supports are loaded by bending and shear.
After selection of the corresponding construction type with or without additional support ring, the module determines the maximum force of the support rings.
The input values are the wall thicknesses, the diameters and the materials of the rings. The allowable stresses are extracted from the material data base. The results are the support forces of the support ring or the additional ring, respectively, for uniform support and for support on eight points. The optional additional ring is loose and consists of one or two segments.
A further option is provided by the AD 2000 S3.5 module for calculation of the local cuts in the support ring.
