What is new in PROPER version 8.5

Main changes

• Calculation results (properties and phase equilibria) can be sent to MS EXCEL
• A comment can be saved with the str file
• A commision number and a comment can be printed with the documentation
• Data base records extended to 890 substances (formerly ca. 700) and several other entries
• basic data for the calculation of property values have been updated
  
  • e.g. critical data (Tc, Pv, Vc, Zc), acentric factor w , nominal boiling point T_B etc.
• Equations have been updated
• • for vapour pressure of pure substances from 3 to 7
  • for viscosity of liquids from 3 to 8
• Additional empirical equations for thermal conductivity of liquids and gases added
• New search options in the data base e.g CAS Registry Number
• Specific heat capacity of monovalent alcohols (e.g. methanol, ethanol, propanol)
• Additional refrigerants R22, R23, R32, R123, R134a, R142b, R152a
