The VDI Waermeatlas (Heat Atlas) is one of the most important established books in matters of heat transfer.
Lauterbach Verfahrenstechnik has put these basics into program modules according to the chapters of the VDI Waermeatlas. Several wishes of long term users of the Atlas have been integrated.
| By integrating independent LV-calculation programs, proven since 1987, into the Excel environment (Add-In-technology) the user is provided with "calculation sheets" in the original sense. The calculation programs can be used to solve your individual problem and can be supplemented with your own equations. Each chapter is presented in a different chart, corresponding variables are correlated by a simple drag and drop with the mouse. |

The text part of the VDI Waermeatlas / chapter D deals only with a few properties. Our stand alone property program PROPER with a library of more than 700 components as well as specific single properties, is accessable by every LV-module.
The STAB module enables you to define property tables with your own specific properties. These properties can then be send to other calculation modules.
By combining the LV Heat Atlas modules and new LV-modules we have created special heat exchanger software for the different types. Supplements allow the adjusting of the program to your specific production type.
