Recirculation of hot air in tube bank heat exchangers (air coolers)

Fundamentals:

The recirculation of hot air in tube bank heat exchangers leads to power losses and reduction in air cooler capacity.

The warm recirculated air increases the cold air temperature and diminshes the driving force of the temperature difference.

The PLRE module calculates the load loss by caused recirculation of hot air given the physical dimensions of the heat exchanger (installation height, fan height, etc.).
