Digital Twins and Machine Learning for Manufacturing Process Optimization
Lauterbach Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is working together with partners from research and industry on a project aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes through software technology based on digital twins combined with machine learning. The foundation for this project was established in 2022.
We are pleased to have received approval for project funding at the end of 2022 (ZIM project), enabling us to move forward with the implementation. The goal of this project is to develop a technology that can be applied to a wide range of additional processes and manufacturing methods.

In parallel, this machine learning technology will also be integrated into the calculation software Design Atlas 2026. This will enable fundamentally new functionalities.
